  • Choose the proper Medallion Perennial™ for your site
  • Prepare the soil with organic matter
  • Lay out the plants in the design before removing them from their containers
  • Water plants well until they become established
  • Use a mulch to keep the moisture in and the weeds out
  • Organic mulches are better eg. Leaves, grass clippings and wood chips. They improve the soil as they
    break down and add nutrients to the soil.
  • Fertilizers should not be necessary if organic matter is added every year
  • Stake the taller plants to keep the plants form looking natural and tidy
  • Check the Hardiness of the plants  before planting.
